We have an interactive Property Management System, Channel Management System that updates your Online Travel Agents rates and availability, BookNow that allow your guest to book direct with your hotel in real-time and Merchant Credit card facility that allow you to take credit card payments direct from guest and also take payments from Online Travel Agents Virtual Credit Card.
Our history
The software we provide is powered by Channel Manager Australia. This software was first released in 2007. This was at the time we were seeing the emerging Online Travel Agent industry. Hotels were struggling to manage their rates and especially availability across all the Online Travel Agent platforms. Hence this was the beginning of Channel Management. Since then the Online Travel Agent industry has boomed and also the growing need for better functionality for the hotels to run and grow their business. Channel Manager Australia has significantly invested and continues to invest in its software and is committed to continually improving and adding features to assist the hotel run and grow their business.
